Voluntary position as part of university degree. Duties included set up and maintenance of social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter. Regular blog updates with news and information provided by the client. Press releases and articles were produced for distribution to the local and regional press. Liaising with local and regional news outlets for coverage via email, telephone and social media. Digital design on InDesign was also used to create adverts and flyers for publication and distribution on relevant platforms.

Voluntary position during my time at university. Duties included contributing monthly pieces on video games such as previews, reviews and opinion pieces for both online and print platforms, as well as proof reading submitted copy and delegating articles to contributors.

Duties include stock replenishment, assistance with customer queries, and monitoring of the self-checkout area.

Duties included aiding with tours of the university campus for prospective students and their guests. This involved discussing and promoting my course in detail with A-level students, and answering any of their queries, providing them with basic knowledge of what the course entailed.
